Guest Post Policy
Zambezu GP Marketplace — Legal information and policies
Zambezu LLC operates a Guest Post Marketplace at zambezu.com, connecting advertisers and content creators with vetted publishers across hundreds of niche websites. This Guest Post Content Policy defines the rules, quality standards, and review processes that apply to every article submitted through our platform.
These guidelines exist to protect publisher editorial integrity, maintain the trust of our marketplace network, and ensure that guest posts placed on partner sites are original, relevant, legally compliant, and aligned with search engine best practices for ethical link building.
By submitting a guest post order through Zambezu LLC, you agree to comply with this Content Policy in full. Zambezu LLC reserves the right to reject, request revisions to, delay, or remove any content that does not meet these standards, at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a detailed explanation in all cases.
Guest post articles submitted through the Zambezu LLC marketplace must meet the following eligibility criteria before they can proceed to publisher placement:
- Original content: Articles must be written exclusively for the target publisher and must not have been published elsewhere, including on your own blog, Medium, LinkedIn articles, or other guest post networks. Duplicate or lightly spun content will be rejected.
- Niche relevance: Content must be topically aligned with the publisher's website category and audience. Generic articles submitted across unrelated niches solely to acquire backlinks are not permitted.
- Word count: Minimum 800 words for standard placements; premium publishers may require 1,000–1,500 words. Articles below the publisher's stated minimum will be returned for expansion before review.
- Editorial quality: Content must be well-researched, factually accurate, and written in clear, professional English. Submissions with excessive grammatical errors, filler paragraphs, or thin content will not be approved.
- Commercial balance: Guest posts must provide genuine informational or educational value to readers. Articles written primarily as advertisements or sales pages will be rejected regardless of word count.
- Author accountability: Every submission must include a verifiable author name and a short author bio. Pseudonymous or fabricated author profiles are not accepted.
The following categories of content will not be accepted or placed through the Zambezu LLC marketplace under any circumstances:
- Spam and low-quality content: Mass-produced articles, auto-generated text, content spinning, or submissions designed solely to manipulate search rankings without reader value.
- PBN abuse: Content intended for placement on private blog networks, expired-domain schemes, or sites that exist primarily to sell links rather than serve a real audience.
- Plagiarized content: Any article that copies, paraphrases without attribution, or reproduces copyrighted material from third-party sources without explicit permission.
- Excessive anchor text: Articles overloaded with keyword-stuffed, exact-match, or commercially aggressive anchor text links. A maximum of one to two contextual dofollow links per article is standard unless the publisher listing specifies otherwise.
- Illegal content: Material promoting illegal activities, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, counterfeit goods, hacking tools, or services that violate applicable local and international law.
- Deceptive or harmful content: False claims, defamatory statements, hate speech, adult or explicit material, or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Fraudulent schemes: Articles promoting pyramid schemes, Ponzi structures, guaranteed-return investment programs, or other deceptive financial products.
- Malicious links: URLs pointing to phishing pages, malware, redirect chains, or sites designed to deceive readers.
Every guest post submission on zambezu.com undergoes editorial review before it is forwarded to the selected publisher for placement:
- Automated screening: Plagiarism detection, spam-signal analysis, link-profile checks, and formatting validation are run immediately upon submission. Flagged articles are held for manual review.
- Editorial assessment: A Zambezu LLC content reviewer evaluates the article for originality, niche fit, readability, factual accuracy, link quality, and compliance with this Content Policy. Standard review completes within 1–2 business days.
- Publisher pre-check: Before placement, content is matched against the target publisher's stated guidelines, category restrictions, and link policies. Articles that fall outside a publisher's acceptance criteria may be reassigned or returned for revision.
- Approval, revision, or rejection: Submissions are either approved and queued for publisher placement, returned with specific revision notes, or rejected with a brief explanation. Rejected orders may qualify for a refund per our Terms of Service.
- Publisher editorial review: After Zambezu LLC approval, the publisher may conduct their own editorial review and request changes before the article goes live. Final publication authority rests with the publisher.
Zambezu LLC may make minor formatting or grammatical corrections to approved articles without notifying the submitter. Material changes to content, links, or author attribution will always be communicated and require submitter approval before publisher placement.
All guest post submissions must follow standard article formatting to ensure compatibility with publisher CMS systems and editorial workflows. Required elements include:
- Title: A clear, descriptive headline that accurately reflects the article topic. Maximum 70 characters recommended for SEO compatibility.
- Headings: Logical H2 and H3 subheadings that structure the article into scannable sections. Avoid skipping heading levels or using headings purely for keyword insertion.
- Body copy: Well-formatted paragraphs with appropriate line breaks. Bullet or numbered lists are encouraged where they improve readability.
- Links: Contextual in-body links only, placed naturally within relevant sentences. Naked URLs, link farms at the end of articles, and sidebar-style link blocks are not permitted.
- Author bio: A 40–80 word bio at the end of the article including the author's name, relevant credentials or role, and optionally one link to a personal or company website. Bio links must comply with the publisher's link policy.
- Images: Where the publisher accepts images, include alt text, proper attribution, and files meeting the resolution requirements in Section 08. Image-heavy articles should not rely on visuals to meet minimum word count.
- File format: Submissions accepted as Google Docs links, .docx, or HTML. Plain-text submissions without heading markup may be returned for reformatting.
Article titles and subheadings play a critical role in publisher acceptance and long-term search visibility. Zambezu LLC applies the following standards to all guest post submissions:
- Titles must accurately describe the article content. Clickbait, sensationalist, or misleading headlines will be revised or rejected before publisher submission.
- Titles should use title case or sentence case consistently and avoid excessive punctuation, ALL CAPS, or unsubstantiated superlatives such as "Best," "Ultimate," or "#1" unless supported within the article body.
- Subheadings (H2, H3) must organize content logically and should not repeat the main title verbatim or function as keyword lists.
- Brand names, product names, and proper nouns must be spelled correctly and used consistently throughout the article.
- Titles containing comparative claims (e.g., "Top 10," "Industry-Leading") must be substantiated with credible sources or data within the article.
- Publisher-specific title conventions listed on individual marketplace listings take precedence. Submitters must review publisher requirements before drafting.
Links are a core component of guest post placements and are subject to strict quality controls on the Zambezu LLC marketplace:
- Contextual placement: All links must appear naturally within the article body where they provide genuine value to the reader. Footer links, author-box link stacking, and unrelated outbound links are prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the publisher listing.
- Anchor text guidelines: Anchor text must be descriptive and varied. Exact-match commercial keywords, branded anchor text repeated across multiple orders, and unnatural keyword combinations will be flagged and may result in rejection.
- Link limits: Standard placements include one dofollow contextual link unless the publisher listing specifies a different allowance. Additional links require publisher approval and may incur supplementary fees.
- Destination quality: Linked pages must be live, relevant to the article topic, and free of malware, redirects, or doorway-page patterns. Links to pages under manual search engine penalties may be removed.
- No link schemes: Submissions designed to create reciprocal link rings, tiered link pyramids, or coordinated cross-linking campaigns across multiple marketplace orders violate this policy and may result in account suspension.
- Disclosure: Where a publisher requires sponsored-content or affiliate disclosures, the submitter is responsible for including appropriate language within the article.
Images and multimedia assets included in guest post submissions must meet the following standards:
- All images must be owned by the submitter, created under license, or sourced from royalty-free libraries with documented commercial-use rights. Unlicensed stock images or scraped visuals will result in rejection.
- Minimum resolution of 1200px wide for featured images; inline images should be at least 800px wide. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF (static). Maximum file size: 5MB per image unless the publisher specifies otherwise.
- Every image must include descriptive alt text that accurately describes the visual content. Alt text must not be used for keyword stuffing.
- Images must be directly relevant to the article topic and must not be misleading, deceptive, or clickbait in nature.
- Charts, infographics, and screenshots must cite their data source. Fabricated or unverifiable data visualizations are prohibited.
- Images containing explicit content, competitor watermarks, or unauthorized third-party branding will be removed before publisher placement.
Guest posts related to finance, investing, trading, or publicly traded companies are subject to heightened editorial scrutiny on the Zambezu LLC marketplace:
- Financial data, performance figures, and market statistics must be accurate, properly sourced, and current at the time of submission. Outdated or unverifiable financial claims will be rejected.
- Articles discussing investment opportunities must include clear risk disclaimers stating that content is informational and does not constitute financial advice.
- Content that encourages readers to buy or sell specific securities, promotes guaranteed returns, or makes unsubstantiated profit claims will not be placed.
- Guest posts about publicly traded companies must not contain material non-public information (MNPI) or statements that could constitute market manipulation.
- Forex, binary options, CFD, and high-risk trading platform promotions require explicit publisher approval and must comply with applicable financial advertising regulations in the publisher's jurisdiction.
- Tax, legal, and accounting advice presented as authoritative fact without qualified attribution is prohibited. Contributors should cite licensed professionals or frame guidance as general information.
Zambezu LLC accepts guest posts covering cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets, subject to the following additional requirements:
- Articles promoting token sales, ICOs, IDOs, airdrops, or similar fundraising events must clearly disclose all risk factors and must not guarantee returns, profits, or price appreciation.
- Claims about token utility, ecosystem metrics, trading volume, or market capitalization must be accurate and supported by verifiable on-chain or exchange data at the time of submission.
- Content about NFT projects, DeFi protocols, or Web3 platforms must clearly distinguish between confirmed developments and speculative projections or roadmap items.
- Articles promoting tokens or offerings that may constitute unregistered securities under applicable law will be rejected.
- All crypto-related guest posts must include a risk disclaimer noting the volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and speculative nature of digital assets.
- Pump-and-dump promotion, coordinated shilling, or content designed to artificially influence token or coin prices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Zambezu LLC recognizes that AI writing tools are commonly used in content production. AI-assisted guest posts are permitted under the following conditions:
- All AI-generated or AI-assisted content must be thoroughly reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human author before submission. Raw AI output submitted without meaningful human revision will be rejected.
- The submitter and named author remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and compliance of all content, regardless of the tools used in its creation.
- AI content containing hallucinated facts, fabricated statistics, invented citations, or false expert quotes will be rejected and may result in account suspension.
- Articles that are detectably generic, repetitive, or lacking original insight — common traits of unedited AI output — will not pass editorial review.
- Disclosure of AI use is not required but is encouraged for transparency, particularly in regulated sectors such as health, finance, and legal.
Once a guest post passes Zambezu LLC editorial review, it enters the publisher placement queue. The following conditions apply:
- Standard turnaround: Most publishers complete placement within 5–14 business days after editorial approval. Turnaround times listed on individual publisher profiles are estimates, not guarantees.
- Express placements: Select publishers offer expedited placement within 2–5 business days. Express timelines are shown on the relevant marketplace listing at the time of order.
- Publisher authority: Zambezu LLC facilitates placement but does not control publisher editorial calendars, content modifications, or publication dates. Publishers may adjust headlines, formatting, or link attributes to match their site standards.
- Placement confirmation: You will receive a live URL and placement report once the publisher confirms publication. Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of the article going live.
- Non-placement: If a publisher declines an approved article due to editorial policy changes or site status, Zambezu LLC will offer reassignment to a comparable publisher or a refund per our Terms of Service.
- Link permanence: Link duration guarantees vary by publisher listing. Permanent, 12-month, and 24-month placement terms are disclosed on each publisher profile before purchase.
Zambezu LLC and our publisher partners reserve the right to remove live guest posts in the following circumstances:
- The article is found to contain false, misleading, or defamatory information discovered after publication.
- The content violates this Guest Post Content Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
- A valid legal takedown notice, DMCA claim, or court order requires removal.
- The publisher determines the content no longer meets their editorial standards or site category guidelines.
- The article was submitted fraudulently, contains plagiarized material, or was placed through misrepresentation of the submitter's identity or intent.
- The submitter requests removal and provides a legitimate reason such as factual error, legal concern, or brand reputation issue. Removal requests are forwarded to the publisher but cannot be guaranteed once content is live.
Removal from a publisher's website does not entitle the submitter to a refund unless the removal was initiated by Zambezu LLC due to a policy violation on our end. Link permanence terms listed at the time of purchase govern refund eligibility for publisher-initiated removals.
All guest posts placed through the Zambezu LLC marketplace must comply with Google's Webmaster Guidelines and ethical link-building best practices. This means:
- Links must be editorially earned through high-quality content that provides genuine value to readers, not purchased solely to pass PageRank in violation of Google's link spam policies.
- Keyword stuffing in titles, body copy, anchor text, or meta descriptions — inserted unnaturally for ranking manipulation — is prohibited.
- Guest posts must not be structured primarily as link-building vehicles. Articles that prioritize link quantity, exact-match anchors, or commercial CTAs over informational value will be rejected.
- Anchor text should be natural, descriptive, and varied across orders. Repetitive exact-match campaigns targeting the same URL from multiple marketplace orders may be flagged.
- Cloaking, hidden text, sneaky redirects, or other black-hat SEO techniques embedded in guest post content will result in immediate rejection and permanent account termination.
- Zambezu LLC actively monitors placement quality and may audit live guest posts to ensure ongoing compliance with search engine guidelines. Violations may result in retroactive link removal and account suspension.
Note: Zambezu LLC reserves the right to remove guest posts and suspend accounts when content is determined to have participated in paid link schemes, PBN placement, or other practices that violate Google's link spam policies. We routinely audit marketplace placements to ensure ongoing compliance with search engine Webmaster Guidelines. Repeated violations of these link quality standards may result in account suspension, order cancellation without refund, and requests for retroactive removal from publisher sites.
