Terms of Use
Zambezu GP Marketplace — Legal information and policies
Welcome to Zambezu LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website located at zambezu.com and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
Zambezu operates a Guest Post Marketplace that connects buyers seeking sponsored content placements with publishers offering guest posting opportunities on their websites. The Platform facilitates discovery, ordering, payment, and fulfillment of guest post placements but does not itself publish content on third-party websites.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
By creating an account, placing an order, listing a publisher site, making a payment, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations governing online advertising, sponsored content, and link placements.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zambezu LLC. If you use the Platform as both a buyer and a publisher, you accept the responsibilities applicable to each role.
Zambezu LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform for material changes.
- Provide at least 14 days' notice before significant changes take effect, where reasonably possible.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform, cancel pending orders where permitted, and may close your account.
To access marketplace features, you must register for an account. Depending on your role, you may register as a buyer, a publisher, or both. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including valid contact and billing details.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
- Keep your password confidential and not share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Notify Zambezu immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including orders placed and listings submitted.
Publishers must verify ownership or authorized management of any website they list on the Platform. Zambezu reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including accounts that violate these Terms, provide false listing information, or are involved in fraudulent activity.
All guest post orders placed through the Platform must follow our order guidelines. When placing an order, buyers confirm that:
- They have reviewed the publisher listing details, including pricing, turnaround time, content requirements, and link policies, before checkout.
- Submitted content, anchor text, and destination URLs comply with the publisher's stated guidelines and these Terms.
- They own or have full rights to all content, images, and materials included in the order.
- Requested placements are for legitimate editorial or sponsored content purposes and not for deceptive or manipulative SEO schemes.
- All factual claims in submitted content are accurate and can be substantiated upon request.
Publishers agree to fulfill accepted orders within the stated turnaround time, publish content as described in their listing, and provide a live URL upon completion. Zambezu may cancel or mediate orders that clearly violate these guidelines or applicable law.
Zambezu maintains baseline content standards for all guest post placements facilitated through the Platform. Content submitted by buyers and accepted by publishers must meet the following requirements:
- Quality and readability: Content must be written in clear, grammatically correct language appropriate for the publisher's audience.
- Originality: Submitted articles must be original and not previously published elsewhere, unless the publisher explicitly permits republication.
- Relevance: Content must be topically relevant to the publisher site and provide genuine value to readers.
- Disclosure: Sponsored or paid content must be labeled in accordance with applicable advertising disclosure laws and the publisher's editorial policies.
- Link compliance: Anchor text, link quantity, and link attributes (dofollow, nofollow, sponsored) must match the terms specified in the publisher listing and order.
Publishers retain editorial discretion to request revisions or reject content that does not meet their standards or site policies. Zambezu may review flagged content but does not guarantee pre-publication editorial review on every order.
The following conduct and content are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate order cancellation, listing removal, and account termination:
- False, misleading, or defamatory content about individuals, companies, or organizations.
- Content promoting illegal products, services, gambling without proper licensing, or unregulated financial schemes.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups.
- Malware, phishing links, or content designed to harm users or manipulate search engine algorithms through deceptive practices.
- Adult content, explicit material, or content inappropriate for the publisher's stated audience.
- Unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.
- Fake publisher listings, misrepresented site metrics, or orders placed using stolen payment methods.
- Circumventing Platform fees by soliciting off-platform transactions with users discovered through Zambezu.
Zambezu cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities regarding prohibited conduct. Violations may be reported to relevant authorities and affected third parties.
Buyer Content: Buyers retain ownership of content they submit for guest post placements. By submitting content, you grant Zambezu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of facilitating order fulfillment on the Platform.
Published Content: Once a guest post is published on a publisher's website, ownership and licensing of that published work are governed by the agreement between buyer and publisher. Zambezu does not claim ownership of content published on third-party sites.
Link Policies: Buyers and publishers must honor the link terms specified in each listing and order, including the number of links, anchor text, placement, and link attributes. Publishers must not remove, alter, or nofollow agreed-upon links for the duration stated in their listing without buyer consent or legitimate legal cause.
Platform IP: The Zambezu Platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and proprietary technology, is owned exclusively by Zambezu LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our Platform.
All prices displayed on the Platform are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment for a guest post order, you agree that:
- You authorize Zambezu to charge the provided payment method for the selected placement and any applicable platform fees.
- Payment is collected at the time of order placement and held until the order is fulfilled or resolved under our refund policy.
- Publisher payouts are processed after order completion, subject to our payout schedule and any dispute holds.
- Prices and platform fees are subject to change with reasonable notice; existing pending orders are honored at the price confirmed at checkout.
- Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment and payout information current and accurate.
Zambezu uses industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors to protect your financial information. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
Our refund policy for guest post placements is designed to be fair to both buyers and publishers:
- Before publisher acceptance: Full refunds are available if the publisher has not yet accepted your order and you cancel within 48 hours of purchase.
- Publisher non-delivery: If a publisher fails to deliver the placement within the stated turnaround time plus a reasonable grace period, you may request a full refund or order reassignment.
- After publication: Refunds are generally not available once a guest post has been published with the agreed-upon content and links, as the service has been rendered.
- Policy violations: No refund will be issued if an order is cancelled due to prohibited content, fraudulent activity, or material misrepresentation by the buyer.
- Link removal: If a publisher removes agreed-upon links within the guaranteed period stated in the listing, Zambezu will mediate a replacement placement or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
- Technical failures: If an order fails due to a technical error on our part, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future order.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@zambezu.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve refund requests within 5 business days.
